Solar Outrageousness! YOW Folks! Humans Rock!

Posted on Jul 31st, 2008 by Little Big O : Luminous Mischieviousness Little Big O
IT'S HERE!  IT'S BEAUTIFULLY FRICKIN' HERE!  Check this out:

Electricity produced with coal:  $1/kilowatt
Conventional solar technology:  $3/ kW, very toxic technology, fragile panels, produced under vacuum conditions, etc.

GUESS WHAT HAPPENED?  HERE IT IS!

little company in San José, California just came up with an amazing way to print solar films on plastic film like it's frickin' newspaper for 0.30/kW and they can sell it for 0.90/kW, make HUGE profits, do HUGE good, fund more brilliant research, and turn the face of every surface of the earth that already is covered in all kinds of coatings with a energy-producing surface this is more efficient than existing solar technology and whose application is about as hard as applying a frickin' label!

DIG THE POSSIBILITIES.  Check this!

Of Desert Flowers, Javelinas & Underbrush

Javelinas

Life is a remedy-free experience that opens itself up infinitely to our fantasies of improving it!  Our adventures unfold with the ephemeral extravagance of tender flowers blossoming in arid deserts every five years in sudden rains and the pheremonal fervor of javelinas fucking in the underbrush.

What it takes to keep the McBama corporate whorefest alive

What I find heartening is that there are a bunch of young people in their 20's who refuse to resign themselves to living their lives under dictatorship.  Not in the U.S., not in Cuba.
